Job summary

Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. in Woodbridge, VA seeks a Business Intelligence and Analytics Analyst to build dashboards and analytics products that reveal platform usage, performance, and outcomes.

You will partner with data architects, engineers, and program stakeholders to define data needs and ensure data accuracy. You will analyze enterprise data, develop visualizations, and support reporting capabilities to monitor key program indicators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field.
• Five or more years of experience supporting data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence activities.
• Experience developing dashboards or reports that support operational performance monitoring and program metrics using modern analytics and visualization tools.
• Experience analyzing data from enterprise systems or digital platforms.
• Experience working with SQL queries or similar data retrieval methods.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments and collaborating with technical teams.
• Experience applying data visualization best practices to develop user-focused dashboards and reports.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to translate data insights into understandable information for stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Relevant analytics or data certifications are a plus

Other Requirements

• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment and government background investigation to include FBI fingerprints.
• This position requires access to U.S. Government facilities and systems. U.S. Citizenship, a valid driver's license, transportation, and auto insurance are required.
