This role involves building and delivering SitusAMC’s enterprise business intelligence strategy. Responsibilities include developing processes, building technology for information dissemination, and collaborating with business leaders, vendors, and managers. The role requires experience in expanding and building a global IT-based reporting and BI platform, mentoring report developers, and partnering with Data, Reporting, and Analytics teams to ensure relevant information presentation.

Essential Job Functions

1. Partner with teams to expand the BI platform.
2. Follow the software development lifecycle.
3. Create complex t-SQL statements, stored procedures, and queries.
4. Build dashboards, data extracts, and visualizations.
5. Mentor junior staff and review their work.
6. Maintain prompt and regular attendance.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant industry experience at an Analyst level.
• Proficiency in building t-SQL statements (MySQL or MSSQL preferred).
• Proficiency in Tableau.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Analytical, judgmental, strategic thinking abilities.
• Detail-oriented, organized, with regular attendance.
• Continuous learner with a growth mindset.
• Team-oriented with dedication to the role.

The annual salary range is $70,000 - $90,000, determined by experience, education, skills, location, and market data. Some positions may include bonuses, PTO, holidays, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and 401K.
