This role involves building and delivering SitusAMC’s enterprise business intelligence strategy. The responsibilities include developing processes and technology to provide critical information and insights to the organization and clients. The role requires working closely with business leaders, vendors, and client service managers to capture requirements, create dashboards, and ensure quality. Experience in expanding and building a global IT-based reporting and BI platform is essential. Mentoring other report developers and collaborating with Data, Reporting, and Analytics teams are also key aspects.

Essential Job Functions

1. Partner with business and technology teams to expand the BI platform.
2. Follow the software development lifecycle for the BI platform.
3. Create complex T-SQL statements, stored procedures, and queries.
4. Build dashboards, data extracts, and visualizations.
5. Mentor and review the work of junior staff.
6. Maintain prompt and regular attendance.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.

Qualifications/Requirements

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant industry experience at an Analyst level or similar.
• Proficiency in building T-SQL statements, preferably in MySQL or MSSQL.
• Proficiency in Tableau.
• Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, judgment, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and punctual.
• A continuous learner with a focus on growth.
• Dedicated team player committed to the role.

The annual full-time salary range is $70,000 - $90,000, with compensation determined during interviews based on experience and other factors. Some positions may be eligible for bonuses. Benefits include PTO, holidays, medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and 401K.
