This role involves building and delivering SitusAMC’s enterprise business intelligence strategy. Responsibilities include developing processes for business intelligence, creating dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy and relevance. The role may also involve mentoring other report developers and partnering with various teams to expand and improve the business intelligence platform.

Essential Job Functions

• Partner with business and technology teams to enhance the business intelligence platform.
• Follow the software development lifecycle for BI projects.
• Create complex t-SQL statements, stored procedures, and queries for data extraction.
• Build dashboards, data extracts, and visualizations.
• Mentor junior staff and review their work quality.
• Maintain prompt and regular attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications/Requirements

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant industry experience at an analyst level or equivalent.
• Proficient in building t-SQL statements, preferably in MySQL or MSSQL.
• Proficiency in Tableau is required.
• Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with good judgment and strategic thinking.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and punctual.
• Enthusiastic about personal growth and development.
• Team player with strong commitment.
