This role involves developing and maintaining SitusAMC’s enterprise business intelligence strategy. Key responsibilities include building processes for business intelligence, creating and administering dashboards, and ensuring high-quality data presentation. The role requires experience in expanding and developing a global IT-based reporting and BI platform, mentoring report developers, and collaborating with Data, Reporting, and Analytics teams to deliver relevant insights.

Essential Job Functions

• Partner with business and tech teams to expand the BI platform.
• Follow the software development lifecycle for BI projects.
• Develop complex t-SQL queries, stored procedures, and data extraction scripts.
• Create dashboards, data extracts, and visualizations.
• Mentor junior staff and review their work for quality.
• Maintain prompt and regular attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications/Requirements

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant industry experience at an analyst level or similar role.
• Proficiency in building t-SQL statements, preferably in MySQL or MSSQL.
• Proficiency in Tableau.
• Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with good judgment and strategic thinking.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and punctual.

The annual full-time salary range is $70,000 - $90,000, with compensation determined during interviews based on experience, education, and location. Some positions may be eligible for bonuses and benefits, including PTO, holidays, medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and 401K.
