The Senior Data Analyst acts both independently and collaboratively to lead complex data analytics initiatives with strategic impact across the company.This role partners with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights, automate processes, and influence business decisions. The analyst also serves as a subject matter expert within designated focus areas.
Lead advanced data mining and automation using SQL, Power BI, Snowflake, Sigma, Python, SSIS, and Business Objects.
Implement Kimball methodology and develop scalable data feeds for enterprise reporting.
Design interactive dashboards and visual tools to communicate trends and insights to stakeholders.
Lead end-to-end analytics projects: define business problems, perform data exploration and modeling, and present results to leadership.
Conduct complex financial and operational analysis using internal systems; create reports to support strategic decision-making.
Support enterprise initiatives, including new system implementations, process enhancements, and due diligence for acquisitions.
Serve as a subject matter expert in assigned domains, offering guidance and insights to business units.
Foster collaborative relationships across departments to maximize the value of analytics services.
Regularly present project status, findings, and improvement opportunities to leadership teams.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 6 years of experience in databases, data warehousing, data mining, or analytics.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SQL, Snowflake, or Oracle.
Proven problem-solving ability using advanced analytical techniques.
2 years of experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, SSRS, Sigma, or MicroStrategy.
Experience with Python, SSIS, Kafka, or Informer is a plus.
Strong communication and data visualization skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work cross-functionally.
