Job summary

SaidGig is seeking a remote contract business intelligence and analytics specialist to help train next-generation AI systems by reviewing dashboards, reports, and analytics workflows. Prior AI experience is not required, but strong BI capabilities are essential.

You will validate calculations, ensure KPI accuracy, and document improvements while integrating BI tools with common cloud and workplace platforms. This role offers flexible remote engagement and competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, or data visualization.
• Strong proficiency with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, Sigma, Databricks, and SQL databases.
• Experience building, managing, or validating dashboards, workflows, and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and provide feedback on dashboards, analytical reports, and visualizations across BI platforms.
• Develop, validate, or refine interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, Sigma, Databricks, or comparable tools.
• Evaluate and troubleshoot calculation logic, data sources, and metrics to ensure accurate, reliable outputs.
• Assess KPI tracking and reporting structures for accuracy and actionable insight.
• Use or evaluate AI-powered agents and workplace connectors, including ChatGPT Work, Codex, and Claude Cowork, to enhance or review analytics workflows.
• Document findings, provide structured feedback, and summarize corrections or improvements for data-driven processes.
• Contribute best practices for connecting BI tools with Google Drive, Slack, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Salesforce, and other workplace or cloud data systems.

• Demonstrated experience building, managing, or validating dashboards, analytical workflows, and metric reporting.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT Work, Codex, Claude Code, or Claude Cowork.
• Experience integrating BI platforms with workplace systems and cloud-based data sources.
• Strong attention to detail when identifying inconsistencies or errors in analytical outputs, calculations, and KPIs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to deliver actionable feedback and insights.

Work Terms

Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

$30 to $80 per hour.
