JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with 3 to 5 years of professional experience to join our data team. In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that empower business leaders to make informed decisions. You'll be responsible for developing dashboards, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying trends that drive strategic and operational improvements across the organization.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Analyze and interpret complex data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights that support business strategy and performance improvement.
  • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Python.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (e.g., clinical, finance, marketing, operations, product) to understand data needs and deliver tailored insights.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, join, and aggregate data.
  • Identify data quality issues and work with data engineering to resolve them.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track trends, and make proactive recommendations.
  • Present findings to leadership in a clear, concise, and actionable format.
  • Help automate repetitive reporting processes and improve data workflows.
  • Contribute to the evolution of BI best practices, governance, and documentation.


Requirements

SKILLS & ABILITIES:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with Python, R, or other scripting languages for data analysis.
  • Understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
  • Industry knowledge in healthcare, health insurance, pharmacy or similar domains.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS :
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE:
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a BI, data analysis, or reporting role.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience querying relational databases.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI.
  • Experience interpreting data and communicating findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, Fabric, etc.).
