Job Title: Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our growing team and contribute to our data-driven decision-making processes. In this role, you will transform complex data into meaningful insights that support key business strategies and operational improvements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop reports and dashboards that provide actionable business intelligence.

This opportunity begins with a 10-week internship program, offering hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to real-world business intelligence, analytics, and reporting projects. Successful interns may be considered for a full-time BI Analyst position based on performance and organizational needs.

As a BI Analyst, you will have the opportunity to directly impact business decisions through data analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations while building valuable experience in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Translate raw data into clear, comprehensive, and actionable reports for business stakeholders.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) through customized reporting solutions.
Business Insights & Recommendations
  • Collaborate with business units to understand objectives, challenges, and reporting requirements.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business processes, operational efficiency, and strategic planning.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within data to support business growth and performance.
  • Assist leadership teams in making informed decisions through insightful analysis and reporting.
Data Management & Quality Assurance
  • Clean, prepare, validate, and structure data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop and implement processes that maintain data quality, integrity, and reliability across reporting systems.
  • Work closely with data engineers, IT teams, and other stakeholders to optimize data extraction, transformation, and reporting workflows.
  • Support data governance initiatives and ensure adherence to data management best practices.
  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Present analytical findings and insights in a clear and understandable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad hoc analyses, special projects, and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for reporting and dashboard-related issues.
  • Stay current with emerging BI tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to existing reporting processes, dashboards, and analytical methodologies.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve efficiency.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of scalable and sustainable business intelligence solutions.
Qualifications
