Job Title: Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our growing team and contribute to our data-driven decision-making processes. In this role, you will transform complex data into meaningful insights that support key business strategies and operational improvements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop reports and dashboards that provide actionable business intelligence.
This opportunity begins with a 10-week internship program, offering hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to real-world business intelligence, analytics, and reporting projects. Successful interns may be considered for a full-time BI Analyst position based on performance and organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Translate raw data into clear, comprehensive, and actionable reports for business stakeholders.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) through customized reporting solutions.
Business Insights & Recommendations
- Collaborate with business units to understand objectives, challenges, and reporting requirements.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business processes, operational efficiency, and strategic planning.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within data to support business growth and performance.
- Assist leadership teams in making informed decisions through insightful analysis and reporting.
Data Management & Quality Assurance
- Clean, prepare, validate, and structure data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and implement processes that maintain data quality, integrity, and reliability across reporting systems.
- Work closely with data engineers, IT teams, and other stakeholders to optimize data extraction, transformation, and reporting workflows.
- Support data governance initiatives and ensure adherence to data management best practices.
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Present analytical findings and insights in a clear and understandable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad hoc analyses, special projects, and strategic initiatives.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for reporting and dashboard-related issues.
- Stay current with emerging BI tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Recommend and implement improvements to existing reporting processes, dashboards, and analytical methodologies.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve efficiency.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of scalable and sustainable business intelligence solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or master's in business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data analysis techniques.
- Understanding of data visualization principles, KPI reporting, and business performance measurement.
- Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Eagerness to learn emerging BI technologies, analytics methodologies, and industry best practices.
