Job summary

A leading staffing company is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst / Business Intelligence Analyst to work remotely. The role involves supply chain analysis, reporting in Power BI, and coordination of supply allocations. Candidates should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and ideally hold a Bachelor's degree related to business or Supply Chain. The position is for an 18-month contract, offering competitive compensation.

Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst/ Business Intelligence Analyst 3

Contract Length: 18 Months

Work Location: Remote (PST or CST preferred)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours/week, no OT

Pay Rate Max: $40 to $45/hr

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform manual supply/demand view on 7050c/8101/7050 and what if scenarios – required for supportability, supply allocation and demand shaping (Weekly)

• Onboard new parts into established process and systems (monthly).

• Coordinate and execute supply pull-ins with suppliers & WWT (weekly).

• Track OEM shipments and other supply data; report in Power BI (weekly; optional if skilled).

• Conduct manual IB uploads for rack-level supportability (weekly).

• Collaborate with SCOM on 7050 supply allocation (weekly).

Required Skills & Experience

• Supply Chain background strongly preferred.

• Excel (8–10 years).

• Data Analysis (8–10 years).

• Power BI (preferred, 8–10 years).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent communication skills.

• High sense of ownership and accountability.

• Ability to work independently and proactively.
