The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:
Proactively identify and analyze key sales performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and sales cycle length to uncover trends and areas for improvement.
Creatively support the development and implementation of data-driven sales strategies and initiatives by providing analytical insights and recommendations.
Independently conduct ad-hoc data analysis and generate reports to answer specific business questions and support strategic decision-making.
Efficiently document data processes, reporting methodologies, and dashboard configurations for knowledge sharing and maintainability.
Collaboratively partner with sales leadership, sales operations colleagues and other departments to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable reporting solutions.
Adapt: You’re at ease in a fast-paced environment and are able to change direction rapidly when priorities, deadlines, or personalities shift.
Effectively Communicate : Whether it’s verbal or written, you present information and ideas in a clear and professional manner. You understand your audience and can easily shift your communication style so it is understandable to all.
Experience you'll bring
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to work with data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas and data manipulation).
Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and the ability to extract and interpret data.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data findings clearly and concisely.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Excel or Salesforce Reports & Dashboards.
Previous internship or project experience in an Sales Ops analytical role
A proactive and self-motivated approach with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of Sales Operations and Business Intelligence.
