Our client in Rockville, MD (hybrid) is seeking an analytically sharp, intellectually curious Business Intelligence Analyst. Will assist in driving portfolio strategy, design Power BI dashboards to track portfolio performance, leverage AI tools to accelerate market research and data synthesis and partner directly with senior leadership and market research analysts in business plans creation. Must have a Degree in Finance, Analytics or similar, 1-3 years' experience in data analytics or market research and proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and modern AI tools like Microsoft Copilot. Hybrid-in office mix (need to be in DMV area). Compensation is up to $90K+bonus.
