Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a seasoned BI Analyst to support the design, development, and maintenance of analytics platforms across the supply chain. You will help scale BI capabilities, deliver data‑driven solutions, and drive standardized reporting through Tableau and Power BI.

You will collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, governance, and effective visualization. A strong background in SQL, ETL, and BI tool integration is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with preference in Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering or CS.
• Five or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Supply Chain Planning preferred.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder skills.
• Experience integrating BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) with analytics workflows.

Job Description

• Support on design, development, and maintenance of new application
• Support development and execution of a comprehensive analytics platform roadmap and strategy to scale BI capabilities across the supply‑chain organization.
• Analyze strategic and tactical business needs to design and deliver data‑driven solutions that improve decision making.
• Identify, prioritize, and activate cross‑franchise opportunities to standardize and scale key supply‑chain reporting.
• Partner with IT and cross‑functional teams to develop visualization and virtualization solutions that support the Plan Transformation Program metrics and processes.
• Own data validation, consolidation, and quality checks to assess and improve existing dashboards and reporting.
• Maintain and update datasets, Alteryx workflows, and ETL inputs that feed Tableau and Power BI reports.
• Contribute to BI projects and programs by owning defined workstreams, deliverables, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Planning to gather feedback and iterate on SET Forecast and SET Deployment analytics and visualizations.
• Provide day‑to‑day BI support and respond to ad‑hoc analysis requests to meet business needs.
• Promote BI governance by documenting metric definitions, access controls, and reporting standards.

Skills and Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required with preference in Supply Chain, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, AI or equivalent
• A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in Supply Chain Planning is preferred.
• Excellent project management skills, with experience managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Experience implementing change across a multi-regional and multi-functional team in a highly matrix environment is required.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at various levels of the organization.
• Advanced SQL skills for data modeling, complex queries, and performance tuning.
• Experience integrating Databricks outputs with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and analytics workflows (Alteryx preferred).
• Expert experience with one or more of the following data (acquisition) platforms is required (CDL/ EDG / EDL, SAP, Alteryx, Tableau, Phyton, R, SQL, Planet 9).
• Professional experience in Plan / planning systems (APO and OMP) & ERP systems with a strong understanding of E2E processes preferred.
• Experience in using and working with JnJ Anchor App is preferred
• Experience working in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Consumer Products industry preferred.
