Job summary

2MRW Group is seeking a BI Analyst with HR data experience to join the Device Intelligence team. The candidate will work closely with engineering resources to understand source systems and deliver insights from HR data.

The role requires strong SQL/T-SQL, Excel, and experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Sisense. A background in data modelling and ETL processes will be advantageous for data warehousing work.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience minimum in a BI/data role, preferably with HR data exposure.
• Strong SQL/T-SQL skills and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Sisense; basic ETL/SSIS helpful.
• Ability to understand source systems and collaborate with engineering teams.

Job description

We are hiring for an BI Analyst with HR Data to join our Device Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in HR data experience.

Required:

• 5 years’ experience minimum. Preferably HR data experience, with enough technical exposure to be able to work with engineering resources to understand source systems.
• SQL/TSQL a must, excel skills also, and exposure to Sisense/PowerBI.
• Some exposure to modelling and data warehousing, and some knowledge of ETL processes (SSIS a plus).
• Communication and influencing skills need to be high.
