GROB-WERKE GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights. You will build dashboards in Power BI, write SQL queries, and collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics and monitor performance.

The role emphasizes data integrity, ERP familiarity, and the creation of semantic models to support finance and operations decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years' experience in an analytical role.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience building reports with PowerBI or comparable software.
• Experience or knowledge of databases and ability to write SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards in PowerBI to support internal decision making and speed data flow.
• Work cross functionally with other departments to develop KPIs and visualizations.
• Support data databasing solutions by SAP tools or other data collection methods.
• Source data from SAP, SQL, or other platforms to generate dashboards and reports.
• Maintain data integrity across reports and departments.
• Create semantic models, table relationships, and calculations.
• Support cost accounting with data pipelines and PowerBI reports.
• Work on special projects as required.

The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role involves collecting and analyzing data, building dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, and writing SQL queries to extract information from databases. The analyst partners closely with business stakeholders to define key metrics, monitor performance, and identify trends or anomalies. Strong analytical skills paired with the ability to communicate findings to non-technical audiences are essential for success in this role.

Education & Experience Requirements:
