  • Experience using PowerBI, Excel, and Atlassian tools.
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry or software companies is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with cross-functional teams to track software and SoC projects from ideation through release.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards tracking status across a diverse project portfolio.
  • Generate project and portfolio status reports highlighting changes and risks.
  • Track product requirements and ensure timely stakeholder reviews.
  • Process new requirements, estimating schedule and staffing impacts.
  • Assist in developing standardized practices for new project intake.
  • Coordinate early-stage program activities.
  • Align project execution schedules with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the NPI team to complete official checkoffs before release.
