Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Business Intake Specialist for a remote, 6-month temporary assignment. The ideal candidate will support information governance by processing and maintaining intake data, ensuring accuracy, and handling high-volume workflows.

Requirements include 5+ years in admin support, data entry, or legal support, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Business Intake Specialist (Remote) | Contract

Beacon Hill's client is seeking a Business Intake Specialist to support its Information Governance team. This role is responsible for processing and maintaining client and matter intake information, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records, and supporting high-volume intake workflows. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative operations, business intake, data entry, legal support, or similar detail-oriented environments.

Job Details

• Position: Business Intake Specialist
• Duration: 6-Month Temporary Assignment
• Location: Remote (US-Based)
• Eligible Work States: California, New York, Washington, Oregon, Alaska, and Washington, D.C.
• Hourly pay varies based on the candidate's approved work location and experience:
  • SEA: $27.88-$34.62/hour
  • NYC: $35.58-$37.50/hour
  • PDX: $28.37-$30.29/hour
  • WDC: $32.21-$33.65/hour
  • SFO: $36.54-$38.94/hour
  • LAX: $33.65-$37.98/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Process and review new client and matter intake requests.
