Job Title: Mid-Level Insurance Specialist (Remote | Full-Time)

Join a dynamic team dedicated to helping business owners find the right coverage for their unique risk profiles. As a Commercial Insurance Specialist, you'll guide clients through insurance options using a full range of commercial products while collaborating with multiple carriers to deliver the best-fit solutions.

What You'll Do:

Advise business owners on risk management and coverage selection

Handle inbound and outbound client calls (7–10 daily)

Collaborate with carriers to quote and bind policies

Calculate Insurance-to-Value (ITV) across diverse property types

Stay on top of industry trends and compliance requirements

What You Bring:

1+ year in commercial insurance or brokerage environment

Active Property & Casualty license (or willing to obtain within 90 days)

Strong communication, CRM familiarity, and carrier navigation skills

Nice to Have:

2+ years writing new commercial business

Multi-state experience and use of AMS/Salesforce

Background in a contact center or multi-carrier environment

Schedule:

Work: Mon–Fri | 9:30–6 CT / 10:30–7 ET
