Qualifications

• Master’s in business, business administration, finance, marketing or related field OR Bachelor’s in any of these and Master’s in economics, personnel management, public administration, or JD/LLB.
• Equivalent credentials or appropriate California Community College Credential.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom instruction via lecture, lab, or performance courses.
• Advise students on programs of study and resources; refer to support services as needed.
• Observe and evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback.
• Plan instruction aligned to course outlines and student learning outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of enrollment, attendance, progress, and outcomes; submit reports timely.
• Evaluate and select instructional materials in collaboration with faculty; order materials as needed.
• Update course content and syllabi to reflect new theory and industry developments.
• Participate in curriculum and program development and committee work.
