Job summary

Tenneco's Business Relationship Analyst role supports leaders by turning data, reporting, and cross-functional coordination into clearer decisions and stronger execution. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, operations, HR, finance, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in business analysis, reporting, team support, coordination, or a related role.
• Comfort in preparing presentations, summaries, and materials for leadership review.
• Experience supporting calendars, travel coordination, meetings, or executive administrative needs is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong project management, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools, including Power BI and business systems.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve.

Responsibilities

• Turn data into clear, usable business insight.
• Build, update, and improve reports, dashboards, and visual tools using Power BI and related systems.
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities that support stronger decisions and team performance.
• Use AI and digital tools to improve reporting efficiency, streamline work, and strengthen business insight.
• Create polished materials for leadership updates, business reviews, and team communications.
• Provide executive and administrative support including calendar management, travel scheduling, and meeting coordination.
• Manage information, follow-up items, documentation, and multiple priorities effectively.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships and improve collaboration, responsiveness, and follow-through.
• Demonstrate good judgment, professionalism, and a proactive mindset to move work forward.
• Support special projects and broader business improvement efforts as needed.
