Citizens Bank seeks a Business Insights Analyst to support decision-making through data analysis and strategic insights. The role involves collaboration with various departments to optimize procurement strategies and manage vendor relationships. Candidates should possess analytical skills and a bachelor's degree, with 2+ years of related experience preferred.
As the Business Insights Analyst, you will support our Procurement/Sourcing team in making data-driven decision-making processes, and provide strategic insights. You will use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services. Develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis. Primarily work independently with collaboration across other functional teams to access data elements, understand the data being analyzed, and identify process improvement opportunities. You will be a key player in providing insights that directly impact our business strategies through complex analysis and 'big picture' thinking.
