Job Summary
This position focuses on developing and streamlining business performance reports that support operational Product Lines in making objective decisions. The role involves identifying improvement opportunities, communicating analysis results directly with Product Line leaders, and leading projects related to revenue cycle operations, pre-integration client reporting, and emerging client integration reporting. The individual leverages analytical and time management skills to ensure all requirements are met within established timeframes. The analyst also mentors less experienced team members and ensures data consistency and integrity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Work independently with management across multiple product lines to determine reporting requirements and resolve technical issues.
• Create efficiencies in data retrieval and analysis, ensuring proper documentation.
• Interpret data and present key trends and findings to help leaders improve performance.
• Perform complex ad hoc reporting.
• Serve as SME for multiple product lines, owning related processes and leading projects.
• Manage customer expectations to ensure timely delivery of reports and projects.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Expertise in data gathering, analysis, and visualization.
• Independent, strategic thinker with strong technical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for documentation and presentations.
• Proficiency with reporting systems, SQL, and desktop applications like MS Office.
