Job Summary

The Business Information Security Officer (BISO) will be a key member of the Security Department, responsible for aligning security initiatives with business objectives, ensuring compliance and security across global payroll operations, and supporting client needs. This role requires strategic thinking, deep security expertise, and a solid understanding of the payroll industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Alignment: Ensure security initiatives support business goals and advocate for best practices and risk management.
2. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to payroll operations, developing strategies to protect sensitive data.
3. Policy Development: Create and enforce security policies and procedures in line with international standards.
4. Security and Business Integration: Collaborate with various teams to embed security into all business processes and support security in sales strategies.
5. Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to present security programs, address concerns, and tailor solutions to their needs.
6. Training and Awareness: Promote security awareness throughout the organization.
7. Continuous Improvement: Monitor security effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related; Master’s preferred.
• Certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CISA are advantageous.
• At least 7 years of experience in information security with a focus on business and risk management.
• Deep understanding of global payroll security challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder influence.
• Proven experience in policy development and incident response.
• Knowledge of international security standards and regulations.
