Summary of role
The Information Security Organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced security leader to join our team as a Business Information Security Officer (BISO). The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking leader who can balance security initiatives with business objectives, fostering a culture of security awareness and excellence across the enterprise.
In this role you will :
This role is a key position in connecting our security operations and business objectives to ensure robust protection of Corebridge Financial while driving strategic growth. The BISO will join a diverse and collaborative leadership team that works together to guide Corebridge's management of cyber and information security risks across the company, support compliance with evolving technology regulations and standards, and drive sound technology decision-making in support of the company's mission and objectives.

For positions based in Jersey City, NJ, the base salary range is $123,000 - $163,000 and for the Woodland Hills, CA. the base salary range is $130,000 - $172,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. In addition, we're proud to offer a range of competitive benefits.
