Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 day per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. Ideal candidates will be able to report to one of our Pulse Point locations in Mason, OH, Indianapolis, IN, Richmond, VA, Norfolk, VA, Atlanta, GA, or Louisville, KY.

The Business Information Developer Consultant Senior is considered an expert in developing and executing data mining analyses.

How you will make an impact:

• Undertakes complex assignments requiring specialized technical knowledge.
• Develops complex and strategic report applications from a Data Warehouse.
• Establishes and communicates team goals and directions.
• Maintains advanced knowledge of data warehouse design, data definitions, system capabilities, and data integrity issues.
• Provides guidance and training to less experienced staff.
• Monitors project schedules and costs.
• Develops and supports complex Data Warehouse applications, including database design.
• Conducts training on developed applications.
• Focuses on designing solutions through programming.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BS/BA degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

• Expertise in PC, spreadsheet, and database skills, with experience in Business Information tools and programming/query languages preferred.
• 4-5 years of SQL coding experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of Snowflake experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of R and Python experience preferred.
• Experience analyzing healthcare data, including clinical programs and member engagement, preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare coding sets (e.g., ICD-10) preferred.
• Client-focused with effective communication skills across organizational levels preferred.
