Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 day per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Ideal candidates will be able to report to one of our Pulse Point locations in Chicago, IL or Indianapolis, IN.

Requires a BS/BA degree and at least 4 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

For candidates working in person or virtually at the specified location, the salary range is $110,440 - $165,660.
