Position Summary

Help make the American dream come true for immigrants! This highly flexible role will allow the right candidate to work remotely without the administrative and client-development demands of a shareholder/partner track position.

Ogletree Deakins is one of the largest international law firms based in the U.S. with 60 offices throughout North America and Europe. We have one of the largest business immigration practices in the U.S.; our immigration practice group consists of experienced and dedicated immigration lawyers and paralegals who work with domestic and international corporations and businesses in developing strategies to facilitate the international transfer of skilled employees.

Requirements
  • Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and be in good standing in their primary place of work/residence.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience practicing business immigration as a licensed attorney.
  • Experience working in a high-volume business immigration practice group.
  • Outstanding academic credentials.
  • Must be well-organized with the capacity to prioritize and take initiative in case management.
  • Excellent skills in research and writing affidavits and briefs.
  • Excellent proofreading, editing, reading comprehension, and time management skills.

Benefits

In accordance with the Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities act, the expected salary range for this role is $140,000. This position qualifies for the benefits below. The application deadline for this position is 8/20/2025.
