Job description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Head to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in advertising and client handling, with a proven track record of successfully managing business relationships, content creation, ideation, and campaigns.

The person will be responsible for overseeing client projects, developing strategic plans, and ensuring seamless communication between the agency and clients.

Responsibilities:
  1. Business Strategy:
    Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy (Existing Business) for the advertising unit, aligned with the company's overall objectives.
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase market penetration.
    Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to drive business growth.
  2. Creative Ideation and Concept Development:
    Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate innovative ideas for client campaigns.
    Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop creative concepts that align with client objectives and brand identity.
    Ensure that all creative concepts are original, compelling, and aligned with industry trends and best practices.
  3. Content Creation and Copywriting:
    Oversee the development of high-quality content across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and video.
    Coordinate with the team of content creators, copywriters, and designers to ensure the timely delivery of content projects.
    Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  4. Revenue Generation:
    Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and driving upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales and marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  5. Client Relationship Management:
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and providing strategic advertising solutions.
    Regularly engage with clients to address their concerns, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
    Act as a point of escalation for client issues, working closely with internal teams to resolve challenges and exceed client expectations.
  6. Collaborative Approach & Leadership:
    Set clear business objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to drive continuous improvement.
    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, client servicing, and media to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns and projects.
    Work closely with the creative team to develop innovative and impactful advertising solutions that meet client objectives.
  7. Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
    Oversee performance of content campaigns, using data to evaluate effectiveness and optimize strategies.
    Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
    Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
