Job summary

Think Academy US, based in San Jose, CA, is seeking an early‑career Growth & Operations specialist to help scale a K–12 online education program. You will start by working with families to assess learning needs and guide program selection, then expand into recruitment, enrollment growth, and online school operations.

You will develop recruitment strategies, analyze enrollment trends, and contribute to leadership as you prove your impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; new graduates welcome.
• Fluent Mandarin and English communication.

At Think Academy, we're looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial early-career talent who want to shape the future of online education.

You’ll start by working directly with families, understanding students' learning needs, and helping them find the right programs. As you grow, you’ll take on broader responsibilities in student recruitment, enrollment growth, and online school operations, with the opportunity to eventually lead a team, academic division, or online education business.

What You’ll Do

• Understand families' learning needs, recommend the right programs, and drive trial-to-enrollment conversion.
• Build strong relationships with families and take ownership of enrollment results.

Stage 2 — Drive Online School Growth

• Develop and execute student recruitment strategies through marketing, partnerships, referrals, and community engagement.
• Analyze enrollment data and identify opportunities to grow our online student community.

Stage 3 — Grow into Online School Leadership

• Lead online school growth and operational initiatives, from strategy to execution.
• Earn opportunities to manage a team, academic division, or online school operations based on performance and demonstrated leadership.
