Qualifications

• Four years of professional or nonprofessional experience.
• Post‑secondary education can substitute on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for business certification programs and process affidavits and applications.
• Monitor program email inboxes and respond to inquiries from the public, applicants, and certifying agencies.
• Update procedures, forms, guidelines, and regulations; participate in workshops and training.
• Review program applications, update certified firms, and advise managers on concerns with recommended solutions.
• Travel up to 25% and provide data analysis to improve program operations.
