Qualifications

• Minimum of a master’s degree in a business-related field with 18 graduate hours.
• Terminal degree preferred.
• Knowledge of instructional strategies for undergraduate courses.

Responsibilities

• Teach a minimum of 12 credit hours per semester in business disciplines.
• Design engaging course plans and materials reflecting rigor and faith integration.
• Advise, recruit, and retain students, building meaningful faculty–student relationships.
• Maintain weekly office hours for mentorship and academic coaching.
• Collaborate to refine curriculum and contribute to program improvement.
• Participate in faculty committees and serve the college’s mission.
