To strengthen our team in Home Office, we are looking for you as a(n) Business Development Manager - Nutra.

We are looking for capable, innovative, and enthusiastic achievers to join our team and grow with us. This is a fully remote role with the expectation of traveling up to 50%.

What you will do:

The Business Development Manager will lead initiatives for the Nutraceutical Industry, managing the lifecycle of the existing product portfolio and identifying new opportunities. Responsibilities include:

  • Manage existing and new non-food projects, developing Business Models, Marcom, and understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • Provide necessary ‘Technical Expertise’ and Production Support for Nutraceutical projects.
  • Identify and define new Nutra Business opportunities, creating demand and recruiting new customers.
  • Portfolio Management with strategy development, strategic pricing, and regulatory guidance.
  • Present opportunities and projects using expertise with advanced concepts and practices.
  • Provide aggregated market and competitor analysis and coordinate Nutra Marcom activities.

What we need from you:

  • 5+ years’ experience in sales or people management roles.
  • Technical Discipline training or experience in a science-based field is a plus.
  • Experience in an international and cross-functional environment.
  • Proven track record in project management and strong collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to learn diverse areas of Nutra markets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts, pricing, and specifications.
  • Experience with SAP and/or CRM databases.
  • Navigating complex Regulatory information.
  • Strong Data Research and interpretation skills.
  • Strong self-motivation and drive to grow the segment.
