To support our mission, we have assembled a technology partnership team dedicated to integrations essential for software development. We are seeking an experienced Technology Partnership Manager to join our team. In this role, you will drive technical partnerships that enhance our products and expand JetBrains' market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Engage with JetBrains product managers to analyze competitive landscapes and identify partnership opportunities aligning with our business and product goals. Collaborate with product owners to prioritize partnerships and develop actionable business plans to achieve strategic objectives.
- Partnership Development: Utilize your proven "hunter" skills to identify and engage relevant stakeholders, enhance existing collaborations, and secure buy-in for joint initiatives and integrations.
- Negotiation and Legal Agreements: Lead negotiations, draft partnership terms, and coordinate with legal teams to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
- Product Integration: Act as a liaison between product, technical teams, and partners to facilitate integrations that deliver technical and business value.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Developer Advocacy, and GTM to align objectives and ensure successful partnership execution.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for partners, fostering trust and collaboration, and establishing metrics to measure partnership success.
- Industry Events: Represent JetBrains at conferences and events to promote our brand and explore new partnership opportunities.
- GTM Execution: Support the implementation of go-to-market plans for various partnerships.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of successful experience in signing, launching, and managing technology partnerships with measurable business impact.
- Ability to assess potential partnerships for short- and long-term benefits based on business and technology use cases.
- Technical aptitude, comfortable with integrations and working with technical teams. Experience with developer tools and JetBrains products is a plus.
- Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve partnership goals.
- An MBA or relevant graduate degree is preferred.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 35% of the time.
- Comfort working across time zones and cultures, with flexibility for European and U.S. hours (<35% of total work time).
