Position Details

Type: Full-time

Description: The focus of this position is to increase sales revenue for GreasePoint in the Western Carolinas Territory. GreasePoint, located in Charlotte, NC, is a leading supplier of lubrication and fire suppression products and solutions.

Responsibilities
  1. Build and grow an existing book of business within the Western Carolinas Region, including active, inactive, and prospective customers.
  2. Develop and strengthen customer relationships and industry partnerships through face-to-face interactions.
  3. Identify new customers using sales tools, research, and networking.
  4. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies for revenue growth.
  5. Negotiate and close business deals via face-to-face and virtual sales calls.
  6. Enhance supplier relationships through lead generation, training, and joint visits.
  7. Collaborate with industry-focused divisions to promote the GreasePoint brand.
  8. Participate in meetings, sales events, and training sessions to stay informed of company initiatives.
  9. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets with a clear growth trajectory within the company.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Background in industrial lubrication, automation, and/or fluid power industry preferred.
  • Experience in identifying profitable business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, especially Acumatica, is a plus.
  • This is a remote position working out of the Western Carolinas territory.
