Job summary

CivicMinds, Inc. seeks a proactive CRM and Business Development Intelligence Specialist to manage CRM systems, ensure high-quality data, and support BD initiatives.

You will maintain accurate contact, client, prospect, and relationship data; develop reports and dashboards; and provide data-driven insights to identify opportunities. You’ll train users, troubleshoot, and coordinate CRM-related projects with internal stakeholders to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of CRM or data-management experience, preferably in professional services.
• Experience with data cleansing, segmentation, reporting, and CRM administration.
• Strong Excel, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, InterAction, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRM platforms preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
