6 Degrees Search is seeking a driven Business Development Specialist in NYC, Long Island, and Westchester. This permanent, on-site role will expand community partnerships and increase patient access to home care services, with a total compensation package of $60,000 to $100,000.

You will build referral networks with physicians, hospitals, and community organizations, travel locally, and work independently to meet monthly growth goals while partnering with intake to enroll new patients.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care marketing or healthcare business development.
• Proven ability to generate referrals, enrollments, or starts of care.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

Our client is a growing home care agency dedicated to helping individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes through high-quality, compassionate care.

They are seeking a relationship-driven Business Development Specialist to expand community partnerships and increase patient access to home care services. This role is ideal for someone with experience in home care outreach, community healthcare, long-term care, or Medicaid/MLTC programs who understands how to build strong referral networks that lead to new patient starts of care.

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally.
• Existing relationships within NYC, Long Island, Westchester, or surrounding healthcare communities are a strong advantage.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with Medicaid and/or Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) programs.
• Experience working with community organizations, social service agencies, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, or physician referral networks.
