Job summary

Genie Matthews and Associates in New York is seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist to expand community partnerships and increase patient access to home care services. This is a permanent, on-site role in the NYC, Long Island, and Westchester markets.

• Existing relationships within NYC, Long Island, Westchester, or surrounding healthcare communities are a strong advantage.

Compensation: $60,000 – $100,000

Our client is a growing home care agency dedicated to helping individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes through high-quality, compassionate care.

They are seeking a relationship-driven Business Development Specialist to expand community partnerships and increase patient access to home care services. This role is ideal for someone with experience in home care outreach, community healthcare, long-term care, or Medicaid/MLTC programs who understands how to build strong referral networks that lead to new patient starts of care.
