DH Pace Company is looking for a Business Development Sales Representative in Tempe, Arizona. This individual will support Integrated Security Solutions and Electronic Door Systems in the Phoenix market. If you have extensive outside sales experience and thrive on hunting new business, please apply!

Job Responsibilities

  • Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of commercial doors and related door products and services.
  • Cultivate sales with commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, and hospitals in Tempe and surrounding areas.
  • Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards.
  • Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily.
  • Take on additional assignments as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • Prefer a minimum of two (2) years outside sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with contacts, internal and external, at all levels, possessing a high sense of urgency with exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong aptitude for technical applications and mechanical systems preferred.
