Business Development / Sales Executive (hybrid or remote)

We are a digital transformation consulting firm seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads and building strong relationships with clients. As a Sales Executive, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients through various channels, such as social media, email marketing, and networking events
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and act as the main point of contact throughout the sales process
  4. Conduct presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our services and solutions
  5. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring that all terms and conditions are clearly understood and met
  6. Collaborate with the development team to ensure that client needs are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget
Qualifications:
  1. Must have 5-10 years of B2B sales experience in the software/tech industry
  2. Experience selling to C-Suite at medium and large corporations including Fortune 500 companies
  3. Must have achieved at least $1M in sales targets from selling consulting services
  4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting or exceeding revenue goals
  5. Experience managing the full sales process from lead generation through contract execution
  6. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  7. Knowledge of digital transformation and the latest software technologies
  8. Experience in consultative selling and building relationships with clients
  9. Experience developing and executing sales strategies for generating new business
  10. Experience establishing a sales pipeline with a consistent flow of potential clients
  11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  12. A good understanding of the software development lifecycle will be a plus

This is a direct-hire full-time hybrid position requiring working 3 days from our office in Bridgewater, New Jersey. The position offers a base salary in the range of $68,000 - $75,000 based on experience level. The position offers an additional 6% commission on sales revenues, healthcare benefits, and PTO.
