Overview

Intelligent Staffing is hiring for remote Business Development Executives. You can be located anywhere in the Southeast U.S., preferably Georgia or Florida.

Only the best should apply. This is a hunter role focused on business development, not account management.

This is a 100% commission-based, remote, 1099 opportunity paying commissions, bonuses, and percentages at the top of the industry.

Our company offers employment services for contractors, contract-to-hire, direct placement terms, and payroll services.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage new business accounts.
  • Complete posting, sourcing, and screening activities to fill open job requisitions.
  • Create talent pipelines for future job openings and clients.
  • Manage existing candidate pools and work with recruitment staff for contract assignments and direct placements.
  • Maintain client and candidate profiles in the company ATS, ensuring timely and accurate processing of job requisitions and submittals.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Must have 2+ years of staffing industry experience in staffing sales (staffing agency hiring experience).
  • Experience in MSP, RPO, or general staffing.
  • Strong sales experience with the ability to build a territory/portfolio or manage a book of existing and current business.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with an ATS and with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Trainable and coachable with the goal of achieving a six-figure income; you are a closer.
