We are hiring into our Inside Sales team, which operates in a fast-paced, meritocratic environment. The team seeks prospective customers through various methods. This role offers significant commission-earning potential and is critical in generating new business.

Developed by AI experts from the University of Cambridge, Luminance’s Legal-Grade AI automates and enhances contract management processes. Its "Panel of Judges" approach uses probabilistic consensus to ensure legal-grade accuracy during contract generation, negotiation, and analysis. Trusted by over 700 clients in 70+ countries, including major law firms and multinational organizations, Luminance’s platform brings specialized AI to the realm of contracts.

Business Development Representatives are outgoing, entrepreneurial self-starters capable of building rapport with prospective customers. With significant commission potential, this role suits ambitious candidates who thrive in fast-paced, meritocratic environments.

Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 per annum.
