BDRs/SDRs are part of our revenue team, leading efforts to discover and engage with new prospects by collaborating with marketing and partner teams. BDRs/SDRs develop new business through smart lead sourcing, social selling, collaborative campaigns, and other innovative efforts.
As a BDR/SDR, you will be responsible for (a) creating, qualifying, and nurturing your own opportunities, (b) working with our marketing team to accelerate lead conversions, and (c) supporting the Account Executives throughout the entire sales cycle.

Job Description

What you'll be doing:

  1. Serve as a first point of contact for inbound/outbound leads.
  2. Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through inbound and outbound efforts.
  3. Interact with prospects and partners via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  4. Handle and overcome prospect objections confidently.
  5. Enrich database with key contacts and research new target accounts.
  6. Become a trusted e-commerce resource in the Microsoft & SAP community.
  7. Engage with the market, position our solution, understand pains and needs, and add value to every conversation.
  8. Leverage Sana Commerce’s value proposition to prospective customers.
  9. Develop your selling skills and technical expertise in B2B e-commerce.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
  2. 1 to 3 years of SDR, BDR, or Tech Sales experience (with affinity for social, value, and/or consultative selling).
  3. Ability to work hybrid (3 days at our Dallas, TX office).
  4. Knowledge or interest in SaaS or technology.
  5. Quick learner of software products.
  6. Positive, energetic phone skills, excellent listening, writing, and presentation skills.

Nice to have:

  1. Experience with sales training, prospecting, outreach platforms, 6Sense, and CRM is a plus.
