An established industry player is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to spearhead lead generation and client onboarding efforts. Reporting to the Regional Director of Sales, the Business Development Representative is a hunter role focused on lead generation, proposal building, selling the MultiPro services at desired margins, client onboarding, CRM management, and one-time sales for an assigned geography. Acting as the client advocate, this role will work with internal departments to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied by each department to improve the overall client experience. The Business Development Representative will secure new activations and sell new services categories to existing customers to grow the overall revenue of the branch.
Location:San Jose, CA Metro Area
Compensation: We offer a competitive salary package with an OTE (On-Target Earnings) of $124,000 - $127,000 in your first full year. This includes a base salary of $69,000 - $72,000 plus uncapped monthly commission. Actual OTE may vary based on individual performance.
Schedule:You are expected to allocate your working hours to a combination of remote work and traveling within your designated territory.
Auto allowance:As part of our auto allowance reimbursement program, you will be eligible to receive a fixed bi-weekly contribution, in addition to monthly variable mileage reimbursement.
