Team Mobile is seeking an experienced, Business Development Representative to expand our presence in Middle Tennessee healthcare markets by developing and strengthening relationships with hospitals, behavioral health facilities, treatment centers, and other referral partners.

This position offers the opportunity to directly influence operational performance, patient service, employee effectiveness, and organizational growth.
This role will focus on increasing awareness of behavioral health transportation services, generating new referral opportunities, strengthening existing partnerships, identifying opportunities for market growth.
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field required.
Healthcare marketing, business development, community outreach, EMS/ambulance, behavioral health, or healthcare sales experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to develop professional relationships and generate new business is preferred. Existing relationships within the Tennessee healthcare or behavioral health community are highly desirable.
Behavioral health transportation requires more than getting someone from one location to another. Healthcare facilities need a transportation partner they can trust, reach, and rely on.
