Trinity Logistics, Inc. in Sartell, MN is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to start in inside sales, making cold calls and pursuing new customers for transportation services.

You will build your book of business and evolve into the customer account manager, continually servicing growing transportation needs. The role offers a base salary with unlimited commission potential and opportunities for advancement within a team-focused, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Superior interpersonal and communication skills; problem solving and decision making.
• Previous experience in a customer facing role preferred but not required.
• Experience in logistics preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business data and reports, as well as ability to write reports and professional business correspondence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM and BI systems helpful.
• Ability to learn new software and computer systems.
• Disciplined organizational and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to connect with others on a personal level to build trust in relationships.
