Role Overview

We are looking for a technical-savvy Business Development Representative (BDR) focused on Market Growth to drive expansion via resellers, referral partners, and strategic alliances. This role involves technical discussions about integrations, workflows, and system compatibility, alongside driving adoption and growth. You will recruit, onboard, and nurture partnerships that generate new park sign-ups and active RoverPass users across North America.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage reseller and strategic referral partnerships across North America.
  • Recruit, onboard, and build strong relationships with partners such as resellers, brokers, associations, and management companies.
  • Lead technical discussions regarding integrations, system compatibility, and product workflows.
  • Assist partners with product demos and explain RoverPass platform functionalities and integration options.
  • Drive market growth through partner acquisition and live park conversions.
  • Work closely with partners to ensure successful park onboarding and active usage of RoverPass.
  • Track, report, and optimize partner performance using CRM tools and sales analytics.
  • Manage partner commission reporting in collaboration with the Finance team.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and partner satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales roles with a technical component.
  • Strong understanding of North American market dynamics.
  • Ability to discuss integrations, APIs, and SaaS architecture at a non-developer technical level.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and basic technical tools (e.g., Zapier, APIs, SaaS platforms).
  • Bonus: Experience in outdoor hospitality (RV parks, campgrounds, travel, tourism).
