The Role:
We’re looking for a high-impact Business Development Representative Manager to lead and scale our global BDR team at CommerceIQ. You’ll manage a growing team of reps across the U.S., UK, and India, coaching them to hit pipeline goals while driving alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
You’re someone who’s not only obsessed with building high-performing teams but also understands the science behind revenue generation. You know how to lead with data, dissect intent signals, and refine messaging that converts. If you’ve built outbound engines before, love driving strategic change, and thrive in high-growth SaaS environments- this role is for you.

The typical base pay range for this role across the US is USD: $79,000 - $109,000 per year.
This base pay range may be inclusive of several career levels at CommerceIQ and will be narrowed based on a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at CommerceIQ. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock options, as well as potential discretionary bonuses. You will also receive access to:
