Business Development Representative/ Inside Sales Representative

The BDR plays a crucial role in the company’s sales and business development efforts. They are responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects through effective communication and relationship-building skills. This position operates within the office environment, using various communication channels to engage with potential clients and promote Elite’s staffing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Utilize different strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and online research, to identify and generate a consistent pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Qualification and Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth conversations with potential clients to understand their specific staffing requirements, evaluate their needs, and work with Manager to provide suitable solutions.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and progress using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Highschool Diploma required
  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales role, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence potential clients effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce, a plus
  • Familiarity with the staffing industry, including knowledge of different job roles and industries, a plus

8:30am-5pm (flexible hours)

$23.08-25.00 per hour
