Job title : Business Development Representative

Compensation : $19.23 / hour ($40,000 annually) + weekly and monthly bonuses

Location : Corporate Headquarters (Omaha, NE)

The job :

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll embark on the sales journey with potential Buildertrend customers, driven by a passion for friendly competition and achieving sales targets.

What you will do :

  • Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
  • Reach or exceed performance metrics on calls, meetings and sales.
  • Achieve both individual and team goals.
  • Collaborate with team members to maximize opportunities and drive sales.
  • Work closely with the Sales Management team to develop targeted lists, strategies and messaging to drive opportunities for new business.
  • Execute lead generation campaigns with Marketing and Sales.
  • Learn, understand, and implement processes and systems such as Salesforce.

Who you are and what you need :

  • Minimum education level of high school diploma or equivalentrequired.
  • 2+ years of sales or lead generation experience preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older to apply.
  • Possess knowledge of sales theories and practices.
  • Display skills in written and oral communication.
  • Possess creativity to craft innovative sales strategies to address the needs of individual leads.
  • Ability to learn, understand, and implement processes and systems.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic.
  • Display energy,passion and a desire to excel.
