Compensation : $19.23 / hour ($40,000 annually) + weekly and monthly bonuses

Location : Corporate Headquarters (Omaha, NE)

The job :

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll initiate sales conversations with potential customers, fueled by a passion for friendly competition and achieving targets.

What you will do :

  • Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics on calls, meetings, and sales.
  • Achieve individual and team goals.
  • Collaborate with team members to maximize opportunities and drive sales.
  • Work with Sales Management to develop targeted lists, strategies, and messaging for new business opportunities.
  • Execute lead generation campaigns with Marketing and Sales.
  • Learn and implement processes and systems like Salesforce.

Who you are and what you need :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of sales or lead generation experience preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Knowledge of sales theories and practices.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Creativity to craft innovative sales strategies.
  • Ability to learn and implement processes and systems.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Energy, passion, and a desire to excel.
